Can we join with children under 6?
Most of our tours are designed for kids aged 6 and up: they include a lot of walking, stairs and crowded streets. The exception is Harajuku Highlights, which welcomes all ages — babies included — and is stroller-friendly. Each tour page shows its age range and stroller access. Traveling with younger children on another tour? Contact us and we will tell you honestly what could work.
Can we bring a stroller?
Most of our tours are not stroller-friendly because of stairs, narrow lanes and crowds. Every tour page says clearly whether a stroller works (“No stroller”, “Stroller partly OK” or “Stroller OK”).
Are the tours private?
Our walking tours are private — only your group and your guide. Each tour page says whether it is private.
How do I book?
Choose a tour and press Book. You can see available dates, choose your group size and pay online. Payment is handled by our booking system, Bokun. Booking directly on this website is the best way to get our direct-booking discount.
Can you plan a custom private tour?
Yes. Places like Kiyosumi Garden and Tsukiji are available as private tours on request. Tell us your dates, group and interests on the contact page.
How can I check availability?
Open the booking calendar from any tour page. It always shows live availability, so we don’t list dates anywhere else on the site.
